parade day

*every year we head back to my hometown for the fair parade. Good times and all the candy you can haul home. (I may or may not save most of it for Halloween. yup. that will get 'em lined up at our door.) Here are some pictures of the fun day. A couple disclaimers before the photos.
1. I didn't get any actual pictures of the parade, so just reflect on the parades you have been to before and insert your own memories.
2. No. Stop asking. I will not do a workshop on photography. My tricks of not knowing where the light is suppose to be and making sure something is blurry is just my natural ability. i know. its a curse.

watching the parade with grampy. Just look at those little feet on the stool watching the parade. Worth the blinding light.
loving the parade in the a/c.  (sorry how i captured all the glare and the building behind me..they are called trade secrets for a reason, people.)

* hope you enjoyed the parade...or lack thereof. :) On a side note, the russell stovers bags of chocolate that were handed out, did not survive the trip home. my apologies to the trick or treaters.

  1. I may have hidden our bag of RS chocolates in the back of the fridge. For a day and a half. Then they were gone.

  5. I may or may not have told my kids that all the RS candy went home with Aunt Sara. There may or may not be some left in the back of my fridge. . .
